Mike graduated from the University of Houston and started working for FHP Healthcare in Houston. Mike has 28 years of experience and has worked as an underwriter, provider contracting specialist, and in the sales department of several national insurance companies.

Mike formed ABM Insurance & Benefit Services, Inc. and joined forces with his father, Mike Alexander, Sr. Mike works with all forms of insurance but specializes in Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits, working to help companies solve complex coverage or compliance issues. Mike is well known and respected in the insurance industry.

Mike has been in the insurance industry for 33 years. He has become known as an expert in the Medicare / Senior Benefits arena and works with must insurance carriers to help his clients find the best value for their benefits.

Mike works with businesses in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma to help them establish a comprehensive benefit program for their retired and/or senior employees. Mike is well respected in the insurance industry.

Michelle has worked in the Employee Benefits Industry for several years handling enrollments for large employer groups. She is very detailed oriented with the "Can Do" attitude our clients expect from our organization.

Crystal is a native Houstonian and has provided her vast knowledge of insurance expertise to her clients for over 21 years. As a licensed life and health Insurance counselor, Crystal specializes in the Health and Medicare insurance industry by assisting individuals and families to find affordable solutions for ALL of their health care needs.

Stevan has been with ABM for the past 7 years.   He has been working with Employers to setup or revamp their employee benefit plans.   This includes Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Retirement Plans.   Stevan has also become an expert with Medicare and often provides consultations for his clients turning 65 or in need of help with their retirement programs.

Frank has worked with ABM for the past seven years working with our Employee Welfare Accounts.   He is a strong communicator and is helping our Medicare and Under 65 enrollments during the open enrollment season.  Frank is a recent graduate from The Hartford School of Insurance and certified to assist you with your Commercial Insurance Coverage(s) as well.    Se Habla Espanol.

Paul has more than 12 years experience in the insurance industry and has been with ABM for the past 5 years. His specialty is helping General Contractors, Home Builders and Re-modelers secure the coverage they need. He also works with Personal Lines (Auto / Homeowners Insurance) and has proven to be a valuable asset to the agency. Paul is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish.

Edlin has more than 7 years experience in the insurance industry. Her specialty is Auto/Home personal lines and comes from the sunshine state. She moved from California to Channelview, TX and has been there ever since. She is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish. She has a loving husband and has been married for over 4 years. Edlin is also a professional make up artist and spends her free time making her friends/family even more beautiful.

Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.   Mark has worked for several National Insurance Companies and has been a principal of a large employee benefits practice.    He uses his experience and relationships within the industry to provide clients with maximum value.    

Chris is our accountant and makes all decisions regarding purchases for equipment, software, etc.

Misty has over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is extremely knowledgeable and has obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and LUTCF designations. Her knowledge and experience helps her to counsel and educate her customers on their coverage needs and to assist them with obtaining comprehensive coverage for their homes and automobiles. She has trained, counseled, and mentored many agents in the industry and continues assisting them whenever needed. Misty is a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s troop and assists in the children’s department at her church.

Maura has more than 10 years experience working with home, auto, flood, umbrella and other personal line coverages.    She works hard to make sure each and every client is getting the best value for their protection.   If you need help, Maura is here to help.

Group Health Insurance Assistant

Lily has worked for ABM for several years and has obtained her Group 1 license. She assist our Group Health department and is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.

Debora Taylor joins us with a wealth of experience having worked in the employee benefit field for over 25 years. Debora has handled everything from individual to over 15,000 lives. Customer service is the most important part of this industry for her and she has “the buck stops here” mentality. Debora is married with an adult son. They have traveled extensively by both RV and boating during their free time.

Phil has been in the insurance industry for several years, working with mortgage brokers and friends within our community find the best value for their insurance protection.   Phil remains active as a High School football coach, helping teenagers reach their goals.

Meaghan has been working in the insurance industry for several years.   She enjoys working with clients to make sure they are adequately protected.   Meaghan has a dog named Miley and is obsessed with her dog.
