Are you aware that effective Jan 1, 2014, you must enroll in a medical plan or you will be fined? Did you know that if you are not offered coverage through your employer, you may qualify for a subsidy under the Affordable Care Act (ACA – Obamacare)?
The new law has set and released the rules to determine who will qualify and how much of a subsidy each person / family member will receive. If your income is within 400% of the federal poverty level, you will receive a subsidy (individuals earning $45,960 and a family of four earning $94,200 or less will qualify).
